In the postpartum period, our doulas use compassionate, evidence-based practices to help support your family as you begin the next chapter in your family. We welcome the opportunity to provide non-judgmental and individualized care to your family during this exciting time.
Postpartum Support Packages
Postpartum Essentials - $600
Simple, steady support for your earliest days.
(12 hours of daytime in-home support)
Gentle, hands-on care to help you recover and adjust with confidence. We support newborn care, feeding, light household tasks, and emotional reassurance so you can focus on resting and bonding with your baby.
Postpartum Plus - $1100
Daytime care and overnight rest for a more supported recovery.
(12 daytime hours + 8 overnight hours)
A balanced mix of day and night support for deeper rest and guidance. Includes newborn care, feeding support, overnight care, emotional support, and light household help to ease your transition into postpartum life.
Postpartum Premium - $2000
Comprehensive care for a fully supported postpartum experience.
(20 daytime hours + 16 overnight hours)
Extended, high-touch postpartum care for families wanting consistent support. We provide newborn care, feeding guidance, overnight rest, and daily help so you feel held through recovery and adjustment.
A La Carte Postpartum Support
Flexible care for the support you need, when you need it.
4-hour day ($220) or 8-hour overnight ($520) shifts.
Choose what fits your moment. Daytime support offers hands-on help and guidance, while overnight care provides restorative sleep with full newborn care support in your home.
Virtual Care Available
